The lower paid games mostly have at least an hour of late registration and rebuys. There are a few options though that are decent for MTTs if you pick well. Cash games are decent.
Withdrawals... I have read a lot of complaints but also some success stories. They will do the standard checks at the minimum.

I have a good experience with 888poker. I play micro/small stakes and I think they offer the best poker promotions for my level of poker. I made some cashouts without problems, it was 2-3 months ago. I took 2-3 days to I receive the money on my account.

Deposits and withdrawals are generally seemless. Usually the money is in my bank account 2-3 working days after making a request. pokerstars do it faster, but 2-3 working days is completely acceptable in my opinion. As for the games they are generally ok. I dont think, 888 is quite as good for MTTs, as it used to be, but still fine. SnGs dont run as often as on PokerStars, but if you like to play 6-max SnGs, then at least 888 Poker still have them, which PokerStars do not. As for cash games the player pool is way smaller on 888 Poker, which can make it challenging for multitablers. The rake is also very high at 2NL and 5NL, so unless you are bankrolled and prepared for 10NL or higher, its better to play cash games on PokerStars.

In terms of games frerools and promotions Yes I think it is good but withdraws is terrible,I requested a withdrraw last month and it is still pending,I don't know what to do.I called the support and they order me to send an e mail for the support.

Most likely this is because, your account has not yet been verified by you sending them copy of your ID and other supporting documents like a utility bill and copy of the credit card used to deposit. Its advicable to get this done, as soon as the account has been opened, so that withdrawals will not be put on hold. There is a menu on the homepage for uploading documents, so it can be done, even they have not asked for it (yet).

Good afternoon.Absolutely yes.I do like the games ,specially the freerolls and sit&goes .Regarding deposits and withdrawals I´ve never had any problems with them at all.The only thing I don´t like about the site is its updates.They last too much.

Looks like apart from usual (big) level freerolls in the end of the month they have now three 8888$ freerolls aswell or so on 30,31 july and 1 august

In terms of games they offer lot of variety. you can choose games of your interest. They also offer lot of freerolls with blind levels 1minute, 2minutes, 3minutes and so on.
Deposits: Through e-wallets (like, skrill, neteller) deposit is instant and no charges involved.
Withdrawal:
On first time withdrawal they will ask for identification document. National ID or passport will do.
If you deposit say $20- using your skrill account Then first time you can withdraw $20- (or even more) to your skrill account only. Usually it takes 48 to 72 hours to complete the transaction and get the money. Saturday and Sunday not counted. Minimum withdrawals to e-wallets is $10-
Important: If you deposit through skrill account then you can't withdraw to your paypal or neteller or any other e-wallets.

It is good, fulfilling the requirements and investigating what is your best withdrawal option where they do not charge you commission, in my case in mexico depending on the bank they charge commission, but it is already something external to the poker room, in terms of the time that they take if they take 1 week or more in my case that has always been,it is a serious and reliable poker room
