I'd like to play these new tourneys, but you can't do the challenges to get the tickets until 888 sends you an email and for some reason they didn't send an email to everyone eligible at the same time, they say it may take several days.

I guess I'm one of the unlucky ones this time, 2 days in and no email yet so I'm shut out for now.

I'm still waiting to get mine. Have wrote them twice about this and no response as of yet. And I'd really like to take a swing at this promotion.

BTW, sad about the Blast freeroll going down from 600 tickets to 200. Although I have to say that the last 6 or 7 tickets I've won, have produced 0$. When used in Blast tournaments, I've had really unbelievable bad beats. Even losing with AA allin preflop. I feel like I've been cheated for sure. That's how bad these bad beats have been.

It's a bit ridiculous that they don't send the emails out all at once and frustrating not being able to play the new promotion after it started 4 days ago.

I'll miss the old BLAST freeroll too, even though I almost never got to play it after it went from twice a day to once.

I actually cashed with the last 3 tickets I got ($15-$15-$10) and one of them came from the very last game that gave out 600 tickets.

I completely agree with you although I'll still continue to use the free promotions. First they diluted the field of players massively from when it was the $5 Blast freeroll to the $5 Superstorm freeroll. Now they cut back the ITM from 600 to 200. Those promotions were my favourite part of 888, getting a 5$ ticket rocked

The same for me. I will continue to use promotions and spin the wheel twice a day. A .10 Blast ticket or $3 sports bet every so often is better than nothing; plus it only take a few seconds to do it. I probably added the most to my my starting bankroll with the $5 Blast Ticket Freeroll wins. When you deposit only $20, and then win $10 here + $17.50 there + $7.50........over time by playing almost every $5 Blast Freeroll (especially when they had 2 per day) - it added up.

Prizes were cut from freerolls, two weeks ago there were 600 seats for a $ 5 ticket, now 200. The conclusion is obvious about this promotion. All new promotions at all poker rooms are worse than the foregoing, this is the only constant in online poker. Therefore, you need to learn to play poker and not pay attention to promotions.

Yes, the cut from 600 to 200 is a pretty big one. Of all the $5 Blast Tickets I won from playing many, many of those freerolls - maybe only one or possibly two was I within the top 200.........

Has anybody had trouble getting the Galaxy Freeroll tickets credited?

I have completed a Daily Mission every day, and still no pop-up crediting the tickets to My Rewards.

Support confirmed I completed the missions, and that I have been credited the tickets.

I then sent screenshots of My Rewards showing no Galaxy tickets, and a screenshot showing I am unable to register because I have no tickets. No response back yet.
This was about 12 hours ago.

Same here, but that's mainly because once I was sure I had enough chips to make the top 600 I stopped playing as there was no point in taking any risks, even with AA.
It was funny watching some players refuse to stop playing pots when they had a ticket locked up if they stopped, but then lose their chips and not get a ticket.

I remember 1 time a guy had over 110k in chips in one of the morning games with less than 6k players. In these games if you got to about 35k in chips you were pretty much locked for a ticket, even 30k might be enough, but he kept playing every pot and doubling short stacks up until he didn't have the chips to get a ticket.
I saw that many times, but that was the most obvious case.

When I knew I had the ticket in the bag I was folding AA and KK preflop so making the top 200 was rare as I just let my chips dwindle down.

I got 2 tickets yesterday by default from 888 side and did use one in $2K freeroll and got 40 cents. I will use another one today.
The strange thing is I did place $5 on Casino games to get the 2 tickets and to move closer for the weekly game but I have not got the tickets yet fo⁷r that wager.
The promotion states that the tickets will be credited in max 72 hours. I would talk to support about this today .
It is a good promotion. Especially in this lockdown...

I am having the same problem. I have completed a Daily Mission eveyday since the Promotion started. Still no tickets. Support says they have been credited. But they have not.

I even sent them screenshots showing the tickets are not on My Rewards. Very frustrating.

This time 888 agent on Live chat misguided me by providing false information.
I contacted Live chat 2 hours back stating " I have not got my Neptune $10k freerolls ticket for today after completing 2 Venus challenges on 25th and 28th."

She gave me a false reply stating " your $5 free beta on 28th does not qualify."

I disconnected the chat and went to read the terms here thrice.

I again contacted the Care stating the Last behaviour by the agenda and this time the new agent told me after reviewing my account that yah you got those $2k Venus tickets successfully. She forwarded my issues to the Supervisor and told me to wait for 20 minutes for an email response.

No response yet. $2k Venus freerolls are not showing in lobby for today.

These 2000$ venus freerolls run twice a day between monday and saturday so as today it's sunday then it's quite understandable why you 2 didnt see them ...

Kindly note that you may only participate in the Promotion, if you have directly received an e-mail from the Site to which these terms and conditions are linked to and must have already deposited at least once in the cashier to participate in the Promotion. Notwithstanding the aforesaid, you may use the Tournament Tickets granted to you through the 888poker email even if you have not deposited in the cashier.


I'm Level 314. It would take several decades to get to that level without depositing. Lol. I also never received the 2 freebie tickets, or the email.

The timings of several tourneys has already been changed since yesterday. So, I missed Level 100+ tourney.

888 said "As the tourney is already over we are giving you $5 free tourney ticket and you can use this Neptune ticket for the Next tourney."

I like the sportsbet tourney as well, but there sure isn't much to bet on these days to get the tickets. My last 5 bets were all table tennis and chess. Seriously, chess as a sports bet!

The Sports bets freeroll has been very good for me. It is due to fewer players in that freeroll.
Yesterday I finished at 7th position and accumulated $76.
Now it is over and I am sad. 888 should promote these freerolls.

The beauty of such freerolls are that the prize pools always remain same i.e. $2k for Sports one and $2k for Venus one but just because of a condition players gathering is quite different and it makes Bets freeroll way superior than Venus one.

I like it. I won a couple bucks from the 2 Venus tickets they gave me, and Ive won a couple BLAST freeroll tickets on the spins, but nothing there yet....
