A VPN could work if the site (pokerstars) is blocking IP's from your locale. However, if your ISP is blocking access to domains, a VPN won't get you around that. You will need to find an ISP that isn't blocking access to your sites

Yup. Pretty ridiculous. Guess they want less players on the sites & especially less of the bad players.
(or maybe just less of them in the Hubbles freerolls)
