Friday October 22 and Saturday October 23, Hustler Casino Live YouTube stream should be an entertaining one with Phil Ivey and Tom Dwan. The producer of the YouTube stream, Ryan Feldman, expects to shatter any kind of viewer record for a live stream.

Is there any chance you will check in on the stream over the next couple of days?

Just wanted to underline how enjoyable the two streams are.

I am about 50% into the first and second streams ( 15 hours is a lot of content but I do want to watch the second fully). The cast of players was great, the conversations interesting and it is just great to see how Ivey's and Dwan's games have evolved. Both are more measured than years ago. One of the key takeaways for me was while one player 'Lucky' had a VPIP rate of 60% both Dwan and Ivey generally stuck to fundamentals of playing strong hands and then letting hands go when they suspected they were beaten. Certainly little bluffing within the hours I have watched so far.

The good thing (and much deserved) is that the views for the streams were excellent. Live, they only got around 20,000 viewing. That will be an issue with West Coast time which does not synch too well around the globe -even to the East Coast. However, as people woke up on the weekend the views for the streams which remain posted on You Tube as of today (24 hours later) rocketed over 280,000 for each stream.

So, well done to Hustler Casino and all those involved.

I have not watched all of the first night yet but from what I have seen it sure was entertaining! I have to find out more about 'Mikki' since he was surely the star at least in the first 4 hours (this is how far I am...lol)

Mikki has featured since Hustler launched their first 'high stakes' game -the one which featured Antonio Esfandiari as well. Krish is interesting also and of course Dylan Gang left the Friday stream, got into the altercation at the Lakers game, then reshowed for the Saturday stream.

So spoiler alert- don't open these two links if you are watching the streams but if you just want a summary here is the poker news report for each night.

It's interesting they chose to do this in the middle of the wsop. My guess is Ivey and Dwan stood a better chance at winning more in this cash game than they would have at most bracelet events.

I guess that could be said for all of the fellas at the table. There is still a lot of the WSOP to play yet, so who knows - maybe they will make it after all?!

I have not found any time to finish watching the videos but I will! There is some really good play going on so far that I had seen.

I think the one disappointment has been Ivey not playing the WSOP, which obviously he has done in the past. I am not aware most of the other players featured attend the WSOP as they are cash specialists. Matt Berkey would be the only exception, I believe.

One other issue with Ivey was he really did look a little distracted throughout (some speculation he was sports betting at the time), whereas Dwan looked relaxed yet well focused.

Interesting to note the viewership has continued to rise and as of now, the views of the two streams have reached 826,000, which is exceptional. Without getting too political it makes you wonder how many millions of views would be garnered for the WSOP so far if it was still free to air.

What will be really interesting and exciting is the European Poker Tour will recommence in Prague in December. This pre-Christmas stop for the tour is one of the favorites (the city providing a fantastic backdrop) and I guarantee the viewing figures will be through the roof.

Between streams such as Hustlers, the EPT starting up again and the WSOP ring events there should be some great poker coverage through the end of 2021.
