Wow the dude beat meth, big ups to him, he is great to watch.
A close family member tried to do a similar self treatment with opioids, he is now on Methadone for the rest of his life.
Fortunately he has a family now and is doing really well.

I was most impressed that Doug gave him space to talk, rather than constantly interjecting (at least it seemed that way with the cuts). Usually on these vlog/podcasts interviewers are trying to talk as much as their guests, so this was a welcome change. Also appreciated the clap back when Mike tried to claim that anyone who works hard will be successful.

Totally agree it's a great read, just like "One of a kind" about Stu Ungar.......really recommend both of them.

Definitely one of those people who make you think about what you are doing with your life. His behavior, his ups and downs, his "Mouth" and even his addictions made him one of the most controversial player of his generation. Still, he is a good dude though. I hope he is doing good for himself now.
