I wish her well! A similar thing happened to me, but for a much, much smaller amount. After about thee days it was clear the site had caught their error and fixed it. I quietly cashed out my winnings and moved on. It was a nice feeling!

These sites have an obligation to put safeguards in. If they fail to do their own due diligence it's not the customer's fault. I expect BetMGM has updated their systems to ensure this sort of thing won't happen again.
