Happy new year!!!!

Hi. In my opinion if the people deposit and lost their money I don't think it should be a problem. But if 34000 people complain against an enterprise the law enforcement officers pursuit anything that can leave to punishment of the entertainment business. I kentucky the law is to old-fashioned. Ang wanted to make an example of this situation.

That's a lot of money and I wonder if there are any other states that will be following suit now that this case was successful. I would recommend not letting your cash balance on any poker site getting too high before cashing out---this is not good news

Your recommendation is very good advice.

PokerStars earned 3 billion in 2019.I think they will survive this loss )

I guess you mean $3B after taxation or else it's not too much . It's not if the fine is only1 billion or 1 billion and some hundreds of millions that pokerstars can pay because of it's profits . It's what will happen if all states follow this example , or even other states , not from USA , do the same thing . USA gives the good example for the fre economy worldwide .
Personally , I might have some complaints against PS for other reasons , but this is a creal theft from the state of Kentucky from PokerStars .
Personally , if it was up to me , I would think to leave US and see if there was a way not to pay these thieves this fake fine , this is a very good example that when a state steals we call it whtever we want and we put the interest of the citizens in the fronline , but when an individual steals , even if he takes back some of the money that someone else stole before from him , they cll him a thief and prison time awaits for him , even with mitigating factors or better , a suspension . Do you think they are going to share the money to the players that got infected and lost their money during the time PS was operaing in Kentucky ?? Yeah , for sure . They are going for subsidies to some rich friends of theirs which will eventually end to be pools , cars , BBQs , I cannot imagine lol :p

Im not defending Kentucky, but suing a company because of that vacuous law is just cynical. Wait a sec, why not gather obese PS players and sue Kentucky fried chicken, the pride and joy of Kentuckians, because who doesnt eat chicken wings while playing at a two days tournament?
I want to sue Kentucky for having stupid laws, my chest had nothing but star coins, unlocked two freaking cardex and won 2x0.5 in cash. ef you kentuckyticut

We just need to legalize it and tax it in the U.S. Kentucky and other states have plenty of legal gambling options. There's a strong casino lobby that doesn't want to lose profits to online gambling, but I think that ship sailed 20 years ago.
