It's true at least such a legend story..He love so much to play poker,the Earl was deep into a marathon poker game and couldn't be bothered to leave the gaming table for dinner. Amazing!

Very much I doubt that the sandwich was invented just then. Maybe just this product was given a new name.

Is that true that the sandwich comes from the duke of england? I thought for long time it came from america, cause they make huge sandwiches in catoons. A duke had so much might like the concerns to the politicians today. Poker is one of the best card games ever!

Sandwich is a very popular type of meal, in every culture in the world there is a different kind of sandwich, whether it be meat with bread, eggs, salad or even stuffed vegetables, but what does this have to do with poker and cards , I do not believe that this could have been invented through the card and poker.
