Well well well, I know a guy who's friend moved out of germany because he is a pro. Poker in Germany is becoming a joke. +5.5% rake, no online privacy, now you have to share everything, Phone number, Bank account statment, ID, no freerolls at many clients. I just dont get it, unless if you are a slots fun, whilst in a Sachsen, no casinos offer poker, baccarat, bj. this is getting ridiculous. All is left is to ask us to bend over

Titan is still running here, but who knows how long further.
So far they did not implement the typical new stuff like the panic button and the every hour reminder how long you play. They also do not have this typical pop-up showing how much you was earning within the last 30 days... I read once, that they decided to stay in the German market, but I also read, that these are the mandatory requirements for the rooms.
Therefore, I cashed out there nearly completely everything to see what will happen with this room.

How did your BB/100 Rate change after the new implemented Rake-structure for german players? Would anybody be willing to share their experiences with us?

Playing Poker has become unideal in Germany
The rakes as well as the amount of info you have to share to play in Germany is ridiculous. I don't want the government meddling in my affairs especially as a low stakes player who is in it for fun. Giving up all of my personal info doesn't seem like a good trade off for being able to play a less fun game of poker.

As it seems, Titan is now also not working anymore here.
Few days ago it said, maybe PW and Username are wrong and now it says this.
And before I definitely did not change my PW and all was correct as I am using a PW manager here....
Luckily I withdrew all 1-2 month ago....

I hate the new regulation cos of that after i move out of germany , my 310 euros are struck in partypoker due to this new regulation . and untill they accept crypto deposits and withdrawals i cant withdraw my money

We still have:
- PokerStars: tournaments not affected and cash games shlightly more rake (acceptable)
- PartyPoker: tournaments seem not affected, also cash games?
- 888poker: dont know exactly, still have to check potential changes
- ACR: one of the best, because they dont give a ...
- Betonline: the same
- GGPoker: they have the worst solution, they take 5% or so from your tourney prize and also from your stack, if you leave the cash game table
Intertops, Betsson and other ipokers, Unibet, Winamax are out

- Party has an increased rake for the SNGs at least
- 888 is still working for me and the SNGs have the same rake.
But as it seems you will need to have positive "Schufa" entry and validate your account

Not sure, if you really intended to write in this thread, but this thread is about
the new regulations in Germany for poker and we are gathering somehow
information about this. There is no real link or page for this, as the various rooms act quite differently to these changes.

I read in this thread that still you can play in some rooms , more rake but still at least you can play . There are some other countries with worse regulations , I think one of them is Serbia , don't know how many poker rooms still operate there ... Anyway , hopefully things wll improve a lot more for German players
