If you filed a undisputed claim, then I would contact the claims site to see what's going on in your case. Is it possible you might have input incorrect info in ACH section? But even then I'd imagine they would contact you.. I'd contact them.. Good luck with your claim.

Yup, I have never deposited. I was kinda weary that I might not see my funds cause of that. Very glad that isn't the case!:D

Got the following from GCG website.

NOTICE REGARDING APPROVED PETITIONS AND BANK ACCOUNT INFORMATION

As part of the normal bank account testing conducted prior to issuing ACH payments (as further described below), GCG has identified certain Petitioners who are approved for payment but who submitted account information that was either incomplete or incorrect. On February 21, 2014, GCG sent emails to all such Petitioners with instructions as to how to update their bank account information through the online filing site. Please note that if we do not receive updated, complete and accurate information by March 13, 2014, a check will be sent to the mailing address provided with the Petition. Petitioners contacted by GCG in connection with their bank account information will receive payment in the second round of payments. If any such Petitioners have questions about this process, please contact GCG.
All other Petitioners who have been approved for payment in the first round of distributions and whose bank account information has passed the preliminary testing process will be sent an email notice on Monday, February 24 or Tuesday, February 25 with the amount of their payment. The first round of payments is scheduled to be issued on Friday, February 28.

Yes, I'm sure there are lots of people who made typos on their submissions. It's good that the GCG is informing people about their mistakes & giving extra time to re-send.

It's also nice to see that numerous others here have been notified that they are to receive their monies :icon_thum

I didn't get the email initially like most others did, and was quite worried and also sad I couldn't join in on the celebrating. Called the number and basically got an "I don't know why, try our email" *groan* So over the course of the next two days I email them 3 times with no response (not sure if pestering them helped, the 3rd email was mostly out of frustration). Late last night I refresh my inbox for the umpteenth time and there's a glorious approval email telling me I'll have my funds within 7 days

Halle-freakin-lujah, my nightmare is almost over

I did not get the email saying I was going to get my money, so I called the number from GCG site. (866) 250-2640
The rep. stated that I had 2 Petition Numbers, one from Full Tilt and one I filled out at the site.
They needed more time to process my petitions and I should get my money by the end of March. :D :D

The rep. I talked to said if anyone has a question about thier Petition please feel free to call. Just make sure you have your Petition and Control numbers.

Looks like I am going to have to fight for some of mine - they are keeping about $650 of it for some reason. I did get the rest of it today.

Did any of the CC affiliate payments go to your account?

No - but there were transfers from Nick's affiliate account - could that be it?

It is possible -- the GCG group has been confusing transfers with affliate payments, and they have stated that they plan to differentiate between the two but it isn't the easiest process in the world. I'm sure if you emailed/called them they'd have more info.

Also, [other poker forum] has some good info regarding the matter as well.
