What is GG?? By the way i did same thing on party poker so made deposit with new ireland debit card, played a bit and than asked for withdrawal... They asked for picture of card and in a day aproved it as a new one... Only goods from pokerstars who don't know difference between credit and debit ask for more... I flyed to Ireland, made bank account and started working with just my ID, but hey its not enough to play on stars... I wonder will they ask for my dick pictures one day...

After chests disaster (killing rakeback) i said i will never play there, but Christmas chests made me give them another chance... Same second i take money from my account this time i will not just logout but close it forever... But its not just about me, untill poker comunity writes and agrees with them like majority on my post they will do what they want grab more and more money from players move rake up, rakeback down and make those unreal requestst... I mean i don't even care about those few hundreeds $ even if i don't get them, i am fourious on their behaviour!

The problem is that you are dealing with low level customer service staff that are essentially robots sending back template emails to you.
What you need to do is ask for the matter to be escalated higher up until you reach a representative that actually reads your email and responds accordingly and once you reach that person in the hierarchy I'm sure your matter will be resolved fairly quickly.
Keep your head, the last thing you want to be is aggressive in your emails to them as that's never going to help resolving your issue.

While there are many shady sites that make you do all sort of stuff just to get a withdrawal completed, Pokerstars is not one of those.
I have been playing there for 8+ years only had to verify my account once and verify new cards as I add them. They have always been very professional with their interactions.
Obviously you using a card issued in a different country will raise red flags they would just need to verify that you are indeed owner of the card.
A regular local debit card will never work on Pokerstars. Inorder for a debit card to work it has to be either visa or mastercard in which case a Stars representative cannot tell the difference between debit or credit.
My advise is to talk to someone on live chat and explain the situation.
Obviously the most sensible thing to have done was to let Pokerstars know it was a debit card and that you do not get statements. They would have sent you a declaration form to fill out. I had a debit Visa I was using a while ago they made me print out the transactions and fill out a declaration form that basically stated that I was the owner of the card.
It is clear though that you do not take time to read or understand Pokerstars terms and conditions. Why else would you play just because of Christmas Chests if you understood how they work you would know that they are a complete waste.

It is VISA and they asked for picture of card... On that picture is clearly writen DEBIT, so if they know how to read they had to know its debit... Also partypoker isn't some shady site as far as i know... And why red flag wasn't in the moment i deposited first, second or 5th time from that card, but when i wanted to withraw?? Its realy suprising how many people here is triing to make excuses for totaly unprofesional behaviour from stars... About Christmas chests i was on gold ones and won 45, 10, 10 in 3 oppened so 65$ + clasis rakeback on 70$ payed rake (since rake points are doubled every 8 hours)... How rakeback bigger than rake is a waste??

A lot of people confuse debit and credit cards, I'm sure a lot of them don't even realize what card they use or what the difference between two 
When I'm asked to send a balance statement of my credit card, I just send a balance statement of my debit card, that I've used to make a deposit. Basically I just don't pay attention to this mistake. You could do the same. But I understand what you're saying.

Wel i did the same and i wasn't paying atention either, but then they said there is no conection btw card and statemant which is normal since for debit you just get account statemant i relaised what they want and they mixed cards up... But they are "professional security" so they should know, or change job...A lot of people confuse debit and credit cards, I'm sure a lot of them don't even realize what card they use or what the difference between two
