I have never seen such unprofessional behaviour... 3 days ago they blocked my account and kept asking for CREDIT card statement for card i deposited with altough they also asked for card picture on which is clearly wroten it is DEBIT card for which you don't get statements... Whole problem started when i tried to withdraw to my new ireland account instead Croatian... Of course while i deposited and was losing noone ask for anything, but hey, you can't take YOUR money from them! Don't play on stars people!!!

Yeah thats what is important... I can understand blocking account, but keeping it blocked and asking for credit card statemant for credit card which doesn't exist i can't... They got picture of debit card, bank statement in which they can see money was deposited to stars from my account and they kept asking for CREDIT card statement... I feel realy safe knowing stars security which doesn't know difference between credit and debit card is protecting me while playing...

I am sending them mails for two days, providing everithing i can get and they want, but they kept asking me for thing which doesn't exist... I don't want to play there ever again, i just want my money back!

Wel you sound like their PR... With people like you i don't wonder that 1% of rich and powerfull makes rules for other 99% of people... And i was just looking at their deposit rules and there is nothing about new cards... Also i wonder why didn't they block account right away after seing deposit from "unknown" card, only after i requested withdrawal... So basicly any 9 years old kid can take parents card and deposit, but can't withdraw... And that legal and i am breaking rules?? People deserves to be slaves...

I mean not knowing difference btw credit and debit card?? It looks like their priority isn't our safety, but not alow people take money from stars...

Mate, you got yourself into a stupid situation with credit cards. I've dealt with this situation. you're in big trouble. you have to find a "non-existent" operation on the map. what was written above - observe the accuracy of all sources. I fought for several months and was restored.

What are you talking about?? They just want proof of adress in Ireland after they have finaly see that they mixed upp credit and debit... But took them 2 days to look picture of card on which clearly write debit... But i am constantly going back to one thing, and that is that you can pay them from Mars and play from Moon until you want to take money from your PS account... It should be clearly forbiden for them to even take deposits from unverified card if they don't plan to let withdrawal same way... This way you can lose as much as you want, but can't get payed...

Also remember rule two:
Do not trigger any tripwires that cause alarmbells to go off.
example here: use different cards from different countries (but many other examples exist).

And just for completeness rule three:
Beware of the rules that are not published.

Often the room will claim (but will not provide details) that the irregularities detected have been used in the past as part of (attempted) fraud.

With reputable rooms, its like playing poker:
- be patient
- explain what happened and why it happened
- be polite
- stay reasonable
When persistent, the reputable rooms may reduce their action from 'block' to 'suspicion'.
After which you can withdraw as well as play.

Again i didn't made this thread to ask for help, i made it to show how uncompetent PS security is, and that they are hungry Jackals... My problem is 99% solved, i just need to wait for paper bank statement with my adress on it, but i couldoff done it in 2 days not 5 if those people know what they are doing and asking for...

futher: for relatively new players, meaning of the rules is very likely not clear.
(after 1 year cc I understand 'the rules' much better).

Get in contact with their support and explain the situation calmly in details.

Once they get back to you, you will probably have to provide documents they ask for, so you will have to scan these and send it to them so they can restate your account.

Doesn't help you going angry about it. If you want to get your money you will have to follow the rules.

If support refuses to help you that's when you should start complaining, not before.

You are gasping at straws here. That's literally irrelevant, you aren't banned because they can't tell the difference between credit or debit, you are banned because you didn't follow the rules.

You could just tell them that you have a debit card and show them a bank statement to confirm it belongs to you to easily solve this dispute.

Thats pretty much my point, did anyone had experiance of verifikation requests when depositing?? They don't care from where money comes, but when you want to take it, then rules and regulations come in...
