Yeah they charge a lot , once I wanted only 25$ to get in my bank account , they charged 5$ lol , plus 3$ from my bank , lol

It's because transfer on bank account - $5.5. To card - 4.99%. For UK in GBP - 1.49%.

Yes, the verification took me a whole month. However, it was under another name - moneybookers. However, in my opinion, this is all redundant. It is easier to arrange a classic visa at least virtually. In any bank. In just a couple of hours.
