It is still a "sweepstakes" type of site that uses something they call virtual currency (your Gold coins). Then you use those coins to earn $weeps Cash which you can cash out.

Still not right, 'gold coins' and 'sweeps cash' are totally different. The gold coins are essentially their play money, they are not used to earn sweeps cash. You can't deposit. You can purchase gold coins via paypal and you are given sweeps cash.

Isn't that what I said? Use gold coins to win sweeps cash. The word "given" as you put it, is a way around the laws -- they are won never-the-less as a prize.

I would love to use my paypal account as well, and I'm sure, I made my first deposit to 888 by pay´pal, but years ago I started investigating the "dark web" and there is a page where you can buy active paypaL ACCOUNTS WITH OR WITHOUT MONEY ON IT.
Remember the times with hundres of phishing e-mails by faked paypal sites???
Now imagine you are a drug dealer and you have the perfect money laundry.
Nobody knows where the money comes from, that you won in poker.
It has been practiced a lot, and I guess we will not see paypal again.

I must advise you that more than 50% are scammers and will take your money and even with the legit ones you will have a hard time using it and most likely get yourself in trouble.

Just remember this fact if it was easy to get funds from it the seller would have done it instead of selling you it.
