I believe this is ridiculous and hopefully share with you to avoid same issue, before you have really decided to go for Partypoker.
I haven't used PartyPoker for a while and recently re-opened it (still hv ~usd 200 balance); realised UK is now restricted jurisdiction and thus decided to take out my money.
The withdrawal options are only with bank transfer (for USD 1000+) or some unpopular e-means with a restriction that you had to have deposited in last 180 days. It doesn't seem to provide you any mean of withdrawal below 1000 if you haven't deposited for a while.
Contact customer service - no phone, email non-responsive, and finally asked to provide personal verification docs that are even more lengthy than applying a mortgage - see below. Problem unresolved.
· A valid photocard driving license (matching address)
· Bank/Savings account Statement (issued in the last 3 months)
· Issue letter from a credit/debit or pre-paid card (issued in the last 3 months)
· Utility bill – i.e. mobile phone, water, gas, electric (issued in the last 3 months)
· Council Tax bill (issued in the current tax year)
· HMRC tax notification (issued in the last 12 months)
· Tenancy Agreement (issued in the last 12 months)
· Mortgage or home loan statement
· Car, home, mobile phone insurance certificate (issued in the last 12 months)
· Formal University acceptance or admissions letter (issued in the last 12 months)
· Catalogue statement (issued in the last 3 months)
· Contract of employment or payslip with visible address (issued within the last 3 months)
