Neteller Problem - Out of the UK

Hi guys,

I've got a problem.. I'm a Malaysian student who studies in the UK and plays most of my poker there and I use neteller as the account for my BR.

I'm back in Malaysia for the summer and now, I can't access my Neteller account. It tells me its closed and its something to do with my IP being from Malaysia! (Yes, unfortunately, we have a bit of a rep of frauds being originating from here)

Not only can't I access it.. it seems to have frozen as I cant get a dime out of it through PS.

Now, I did email them and all but have yet to hear from them.

So, I was wondering has anyone left to a different country and have had problems with depositing/withdrawing when abroad. I know neteller is very strict and all.. but I'm worried my BR is gone as I tried to assess it from here in Malaysia and bells started ringing and they've shut my account...

Anyone experienced this before?

umm it's a simple security measure - give them a call and confirm that you are indeed you and not some random hacker and they'll sort you out, there's really nothing to be worried about here and in fact you should be glad netteller freezes accounts when random foreign ips log on to your account.

Good point. Hunger for poker was speaking more than anything. Rationality starting to come back in...I hope heh.
