i have the same problem, i even have some money trapped on skrill and i can not withdraw it or deposit. monday or tuesday i will go in the bank to see a friend who works there. he told me that there is a way round it, so if it is possible i will let you know.

I succeeded, I switched RSD in bitcoins and then with Skrill at PokerStars

Snaso sam se.Znam sada kako da depozitujem novac na starsima.Imao sam ja akunt na
netlleru iz 2016,tada sam zadnji put i depozitovao.mislio sam da to vise ne radi.
u svakom slucaju uradio sam nesto slicno kao ti kupio bitcoine prebacio na skrill pa na netller,odatle na starsima i sve je proslo kako treba.Izgubio sam nekih 4,5 doalra na 20.
