Oh, I got a whole story ! With ecoPayz there is a conclusion to Russia only in two banks . And the withdrawal fee is 11 euros ! I managed to withdraw from ecoPayz through the exchanger . I lost only 3 euros . Yes, you can lose everything ! Need to read reviews about each exchanger ! But I took a chance and did not lose .

I'm waiting for the day when customers (players) are treated like guest to a party when It concerns cash outs instead of a criminal. I have read for 20 years story after story of cash out problems. The day will come when there will be no fees, transfers will be instantaneous and people will actual write stories of excellent customer service. Hopefully, one day a company will come along and take everyone's business and put the bad who make excuse after excuse out of business.

I get good customer service from the Poker Rooms I play on.

These are ACR, 888, Betonline/SportsBetting Poker, betfair and pokerstars. I also received good service from party poker when i used to play on there.

I transfer funds to and from these rooms without fees and I get withdrawals processed in a timely manner and in the case of Pokerstars the withdrawal is instant.

I have experienced major issues when it comes to cash outs and customer service with some other sites not listed above. I have since closed accounts and play on only what I deem my trustworthy list.

As with anything online these days your must do your homework and avoid the bad apples.
