If you play online poker, for sure you can loose not for hours, but days, or sometimes weeks. If it happen,s, the best decision is just to make a break in the game and do something else.

Try the poker stars Poker school first and do all of the tests and quizzes. Then play the same games as before. If you kept records, good for you just in case you encounter people you have played before. At the very least you will avoid making the same mistakes. I have mis-read my cards, entered games I did not know how to play and had to adjust very, very quickly when I realized what I did. I have actually won hands and made money in some of these scenarios. So..enter a game of 7 card stud, Razz or anything else that you are not good at and see how you fare. At least in these circumstances you will have a reason for not doing well AND if the results correlate with those games you think you are good at then you may need to practice and lose much, much more than you may like.

ive had losing sessions before for days. every reg online or live goes through periods of days or sometimes even weeks where they lose.
