What else You watch during sessions?

I prefer focus on the deck, Instead of watching something, let Youtube on 2nd plane and listen New Age songs, wich use to let me calm and relaxed, helping my game development a lot. But when I´m Heads Up, I prefer Mettalica.

Just like in the title how many of You watch youtube, movies tv shows during play, and how to stop this

Just don't, if you take poker seriously. Anything that distracts you from the game will have a negative impact.
That said, I believe music actually helps me concentrate sometimes.
No video/tv though, if playing to win.

I usually have a tv on in the background, for something to look at between hands.. During the day its often a news channel
