when I'm having a bad day, lots of bad beats, I stop playing and go do something that cheers me up that has nothing to do with poker, just so I recover and play better another day

considering the amount of people playing, you have to understand that you won't always be awarded.
Based on this premise, I don't believe that spending time without winning has any meaning beyond something statistical.
bad days, I just turn it off and go do something else.
