What Do You Do During Breaks?

I am a smoker (I know, it's a bad habit), so I usually go to tthe balcony to have a smoke, which is not as enjoyable now unfortunately because I live in Toronto and it is cold outside (now it's -9 Celsius).

Anything I would do at any time in the game because I particularly find the breaks too short and because they are too short I find them unnecessary.
I would find it necessary if they were longer. 5 minutes I don't even have time to go to the bathroom calmly.
If I want a 5 minute break I simply put away for that time and I won't lose many blinds "almost nothing at the beginning of a tournament" because I can't actually set a certain time to be hungry or thirsty or want to go to the bathroom.
That's my opinion...

I have a cigarette, and some nice hot coffee. It use to be grab, a cold beer with a cigarette. I have slow down on my drinking, so I have been doing excellent with it.
