mostly I would get a drink and food to eat while the tournaments starts again. I look at if I have anything else to do around the house. use the bathroom, run to gas station and get chips =). mostly its about getting me more comfortable for the tournament after the break.

depends on what kind of tournament) smoke, eat, just wait until the tournament starts, play games) each break in different ways
