I don't smoke and rarely do caffeine, esp because I have to play later at night and I am up early most days. After the bathroom break I will do some pushups and burpees to get the blood flowing. I find that energizes me way more than drinking coffee or coke and really helps me get refocused.

What do you do on break?

A poker player has every hour five minutes freetime. So what to do in these five minutes?
For my part when playing poker I drink a lot of water, so I need to get new bottles and go to the toilet. Thats it, nothing more.

So what do you in the break? Im interrested in new creative ideas to use them wisely
