On a live table you should probably talk and try to get the table to have fun. People will play looser styles.

I used to talk a bit while playing poker, but lately I do not. I find that I can concentrate more when I am not involoved in the chat. I used to enjoy antagonizing some dudes who were shooting off their lips. Good to see them put in their place.
