here what i like about online poker. see if you agree? 1 you can sit around home in your pj's 2 you can take a break come right back and sit down again. no more smoke filled poker rooms and people getting mad and tearing up the cards and if you get a bad beat quit and startup later

Liking Online

I agree online is certainly more convenient for us lazy house bound trolls, lol....With the rapid reduction of live poker rooms in my area and pretty much everywhere, online is becoming the go to choice. I just wish there was a way to kick the perception of the unreal? BOT laden, house advantage online sites.

Its great isnt it! I havent played alot of live poker, and most of that was casual 'poker night' stuff, but playing online is alot of fun!

Yes, playing from the comfort of your home is very convenient. You don't like certain table, stand up and sit at another table. Dealer also deals card immediately after the hand is over, which is not the case in live poker.

I love playing online, so easy to do and I can fill the void of "nothing to do" without leaving the house. Also I live 2 hours from the nearest casino that offers live poker so it makes it real nice. I would say even if I had a poker room local, I would still play a pretty good amount online.

Online poker games have their place in today's society with Corona Virus being so prevalent, and although I do miss the interaction with other players in live games, I think until this Virus is totally eradicated no one is particularly safe.
I really do miss the weekly game I used to play at my local pub, but for now I will stick to the safety of my own living room.

Online poker makes the game much more comfortable because, for example, I don’t have to be ashamed of myself if I sit in a downturned T-shirt with tousled hair in front of the machine.(I don't usually :flute:.)

Speed

To me zoom is a game changer, rapid poker with fast fold is great for excitement. I do like playing in person for the tells and bluffing aspect however it can drag on.
