Man this thread reignited this morning lol glad to see the replies. Thanks for the input guys. I would say definitely that with correct bankroll management and enough time to dedicate to such a thing that this game is available to US players online looking to go pro. ACR, ignition and BetOnline always have folks cashing out and even Global Poker seems to be building a better reputation as time goes on.
For me, i would never keep any substantial life changing money on any of those sites, even though public and successful - they are still unregulated and could shut down for whatever the reason as whatever time. If you want to play more securely online you will have to reside in NV or NJ right now - otherwise stick to your local live casino.

My opinion is that only a good player can make money on poker by playing in tournaments or on tables. Most of us play on average or mediocre. Such a player can have profit only from the freeroll.For me, this is a small side earnings.
