I think the most profitable format is cash game, but it requires a high technical level (because we often play postflop) and a very rigorous discipline unlike MTTs where there are fewer situations postflop due to the blinds which increase and the need to push or fold.

MTTs is also a format that allows good players to profit well.

In online games, the most famous are cash games and tournaments, which one does the community recommend that they are the most profitable or in other words which one do we get the most money from?

Obviously the Tournaments pay out is bigger as there are more players involved, if you stuck with cash games the only money you can win is there on the table, but with some Tournaments having thousands of players, the prize money could be huge, that is why Tournaments are so popular.
They are also a lot easier on your bankroll because you can play your way through to the main game by qualifying in satellite games, some might even be freerolls.
I remember one PSCA Event where a player won a package to the final tournament played in the Caribbean and when he got his package which included Flights and Hotel bills he sold the Flight to pay off some bills, then as the Tournament got closer decided he wanted to give it a shot and borrowed the money to fly out there and cashed in the Tournament, all from a freeroll satellite.
pokerstars often feature freeroll satellite games, I played one where the top 50 received an $11,00 Ticket and 100 runners up got an $1.10 ticket to the next stage, there were over 8,000 players in it and I managed to get in the last 50 winning that $11.00 ticket, did me no good though as I was busted out when my 3 Aces on the flop was beaten by a player making a straight.
That's Life! That's Poker!. :)

It all depends on what you know how to play more. These are 2 different disciplines and they are played differently, even though the game is the same. Not every MTT player will be a cash winner and vice versa. And if you take it in general, both there and there have their advantages and they are profitable if you play correctly.

For me personally, Cash game only exclusive LIVE. Online tournaments, sit and go and spin and go are profitable 👍🏾✌🏾💪🏾😎🇧🇷🇧🇷🇧🇷

For me personally I make more profit in cash games.
This is because I find it difficult to stay focused for the length of a tournament.

Playing tournament games you can determine the strategy for the future. It is much more difficult with strategy when playing cash games.

I have played both, and in tournaments, there is too much variance. You may enter the money or win 1 or 2 tournaments in a day, but in the long run, it's challenging to win consistently in this format. In contrast, in cash games, you can win in one hand what it takes 3 hours to reach in tournament prizes. Based on my experience, having a structured game in cash can earn you more money than tournaments.

Although I'm not that knowledgeable, I would assume that Tournaments are better in the long run. Interesting question though, would love to get some statistics on it
