What is the better way for create cash from nothing? Tournament Freerolls? Old days EP used to have 10 places tournaments that used to have like 3 cents per room. Does it until exist at some software?

Only way I know get money without money is to partake in freerolls and hope you can get lucky enough to build a bankroll.

yes ive heard poker stars and 888 have lots of low money buy in tourneys, and lots of freerolls, similar to ACR, but aren't available to US players.
