Play freerolls. In general, you can start with $ 30, it costs so much and you can play 30 tournaments with $ 1 entry in sit-n-go

Thank you! What kind of strategies are you referring to? I'm a little newbie and every day something is learned.

I think you should have a look at those things:
1.preflop ranges
2.pot odds
3.when and why to cbet flop etc based on the board texture / position awareness

The above are a good start IMHO and you will see a tremendous difference when you fully understand the above concepts :)

I don't think that a deposit is necessary, there are many freeroll to set up the bank, but if you don't have patience and decide to deposit with 20 usd and the stars welcome bonus is enough to play a good time

Actually the minimal deposit of room is enough, you can play freerolls, you can play very low stake sit and go's and start from there so I will say a minimum deposit will do enough to slowly build bankroll from penny stakes and they are pretty soft too.

Hmm i think it is not enough.
I think you need a lot of money and a lot of patient,so 30$ is not enough.

Thank you very much for your answer! How long has it taken you to bank properly to play major tournaments? Sometimes the freerolls get a little aggressive with the players having no investment, and it is very difficult to win prizes. With dedication and learning I guess I'll improve! :D

I did definitely get lucky with mine. Took me about a month on pokerstars with various freerolls, mixing in the $0.02 sit-n-gos (which are high variance in terms of buy-ins, but since a buy-in is very low, they are not as high variance in $). Then, I started heads-up sit-n-gos for some more low variance goodness.

As an average, I'd definitely expect a higher number because, as I said, I was very lucky in a number of freerolls.

I think that you can start playing some freerolls and then if you earn some money you can play micro limits :)

I think you need to start with freerolls. Gain experience. And then when the skills accumulate, you can proceed to deposit. 5 dollars to start fine i think

Surely your first bankroll depends on your solvency. It can be from $ 10 to 1,000. Who can’t afford to spend his money on poker then he has the opportunity to collect his bankroll on freerolls.

I think starting at freerolls is a wonderful place to begin to play and learn in a risk free environment. The game isn't always played like that as you move up in stakes but it does offer you a starting point to get a feel for what's going on. If you deposit without knowing much you can see that go away and quickly!

Absolutely everyone can play poker

If you are interested in poker and want to try it, you don't have to make huge deposits. First, you should get used to it: learn the basics of the game, participate in games for free chips or freerolls. In the future, having gained experience, you will be able to start playing at micro-limits and with proper abilities, self-confidence and composure, you will be able to spin your bankroll with fairly minimal amounts

Well that's complicated..
See, I never made a deposit. But Ive been ITM twice in freeroll... Earning a bit more than $1.. after that I started playing micro (0,02).. but it's reeeeeealy hard cuz it's Hyper-turbo.. and my game doesn't really match with the push/fold system from the very beginning of the tournament.
So maybe starting with a deposit that allows you to play micro limit's (0,25 / 0,50) turbo or regular - for me a good bankroll management to play these would be something between $50/$60
