I agree, it almost seems impossible that you can have so many losses in a row. You seem to lose very quickly after doing so well to build a decent bankroll ... it has happened more times than I would like to admit... and once again just the other day. Many times. Most of the times when I deposit money, I start with a good winning streak, sometime doubling my bankroll. And without fail, there comes a turning point where I cannot win anymore, and I see my bankroll disappear before my eyes. I can almost predict when it starts. Almost as if there is an algorithm working against me.
So, didn't get the laptop. Still playing 5c/10c blitz on ACR. Bankroll dropped to $36, then rebounded to $160 earlier today. Presently sitting on $140 after a losing session before dinner. Had reached $152 last month before posting here in March. Dropped from $43 to $36, then made adjustments. Played fewer hands and very few big river bets called, unless Spidey sense tingling. And always tried to leave session ahead. Even if only a few dollars. No intention of letting this bankroll get crippled again. Can't wait to start playing tournaments and only risking 2-3% of bankroll.Lost my bankroll several times 13-14 years ago. Would just replenish it rinse and repeat. Then I won enough on Poker Stars one day and bought a couple poker books from their store when I cashed out. Haven't looked back since. When my roll is low due to cashing out I just grind it up like I'm doing now on ACR. From 17 cents to $43 now. Freerolls and little boy tournaments. Was at $58, but lost some playing cash. Will be getting a laptop hopefully this week so I can resume playing tournaments again.
:deal:lol to whom it has not happened is because he has not played poker it has surely happened to all of us and not just once if we do not handle our bank well this will become routine always lose it
