I really try to mark a lot of players but now i ve started multitabling its a little more complicated. Not only i mark them with colors but i also do the notes of why i ve marked them.

I use:
-Fish
-Worst than fish
-Regular
-Calling station
-Unsure
-Aggro
-Limper

Yes, but I am aware that their play style can change over time or in different circumstances, so I also make notes if possible and adjust as necessary.

I agree, color labels are much easier. I make notes only if the players do very unusual things.

Not always but I like to put a tag on these players who often bluff or are very aggressive.

Recently I started to mark them and mainly write notes. It helps a lot when you play against the same opponent days later. You don't really remember how he plays, you feel like you saw the name already, but having a mark will make your playing more efficient. Still it's important to be aware that he might play differently, wether he's on tilt, or in an other mood, but it gives an overall idea, then you can add an other line and get more info.

I take notes and I update it. I have learned not to jump to conclusions based on 1 or 2 hands. I mean I will mark as fish, if V does something totally ridiculous, for me, playing low stakes players do make mistakes and I don't want to label a fairly decent player because he made a mistake.

I guess what I am trying to say is I pay attention and try to take alot of notes. I also have software in my database which "auto-notes" this is good when multi-tabling, after my session when I do my hand review I have notes from the software. They are not always relevant but I find it to be helpful. More information is always better.

Certainly.
Player tags are very helpful if you want to earn money from them.

To see my opponents helps late games with the same player.
