Bathroom Breaks While Playing

5 minutes is a long time, you can do a lot in it, I haven't bought a chair to play yet, but it will certainly be very different from this one.

I have the bathroom 4 steps away so it's not a problem for me, also I usually have extra time full at all the poker tables so I don't care about that, if I can't wait until the break I just go to the bathroom and ready

Great tip, I have the bathroom 4 steps away too and I usually wait for the break, but I hadn't thought about the timebank yet, keeping it healthy can be useful in these situations, it avoids having the sad sight of that AA fold on the return of the break.

I have too, but sometimes I get up, I go to the bathroom, kitchen or in the living room, to make a light distraction of the body, we have to make the blood circular, to be able to play for several hours

Back in the day (about 13 years ago) I would use a sports-drink bottle. Had to graduate to an empty coffee container, lol. Aaahhh... I almost miss those Bourbon filled sessions that would run into the wee hours of the morning.
I still wish the sites would have sng breaks that would sync-up w/the trny's. That would be nice.

I think every 3 hours, poker sites should have a syncronized longer break like at least 15/20 minutes to let players grab something to eat, go to the bathroom (# 1 and 2) or just go for a power nap

Would be pretty annoying though, if that break happened 20 minutes after, we start playing. Or for that matter when we only have one MTT left and like it to be finished.

Hello everyone. I don't take a bath during the breaks and don't drink alcohol at all.
It's poker and for me such moves completely don't make any good.

I always pick up a bottle of water before the game and put it next to me so I don't get distracted later

3 litres is a healthy avg
Depending on location I say more.
In Eduardos case in Brazil , I'd say He couldn't go wrong with even 4-5 litres. ..you know...heat 😅

I agree; not only Im from brazil, I actually live in the city with one of the most poluted air in the world. In my experience, it's never too much water.
Anyway I like the five minutes break at every hour, but sometimes you're just not synchronized

With a break every 55 minutes, I just wait until the break. If its a emergency i just miss hands.

During the game, I usually drink tea or water. Also, I eat nuts or peanuts quite often while playing.
