Unfortunately, no. But then the dream is needed. Maybe HU with Ivey. ))))))) At the final table. ))) Dream, dream. On the other hand, the Sochi EPT is taking place in our country. Anything can happen.

I have never played in such a big live tournament but I still hope to play :)
The biggest I played was for 50 people in which there were 3 tickets to win, to the tournament ept.
Unfortunately, I didn't win, that's why I'm still waiting for my chance: P

Have been lucky enough to play in the 2012 and 2019 wsop. I was also lucky enough to play a WPT deep stacks main event. To play in a every with World Champions around you, playing with professional players was incredible. To hear the announcement after over 15 hours of play "congratulations players, you have made the money" in the WSOP is amazing. To play for 7 hours+ with the players who is currently ranked 14 in the world who after getting knocked out that you played very well today........................ is a priceless memory.

In my opinion if you ever have a chance to play something like this, do it. The experience as a recreational player is amazing and more worth the price to play than I could have imagined.

I played a number of tournaments at a casino in Arizona that ran a weekly tournament that usually attracted around 130 players. Made the money twice...iot was tough because only the final 10 players were paid. Never made the money with a big stack but fortunately the final group struck a deal both times because the top 3-4 stacks were almost equal and the players didn't want to take a chance on variance ruing their day. I really enjoyed the experience.

I have never played in live tournaments, but have been thinking about this for a long time. But, while gaining experience. It is good that the casino is 20 kilometers from me. So as I consider that I’m ready, I’ll definitely go play with someone, I think there are more chances to win because it’s not a number generator, but a dealer. And the emotions of people are alive, online you will never understand what kind of emotions people have.

Back in 2004, I won a 700 person satellite into the WPT Championship. I got to play with Annie Duke, Daniel Negreanu, Ben Affleck and others. I somehow managed to last 6 days and cashed in 32nd place.

The tournament was loooooong and once my heart rate slowed down and I settled in, it was mostly just playing poker with fun group of people who never stopped talking.

No, in brazil we have few opportunities to play in big tournaments, and generally the buy-ins are so expensive that it makes it impossible for us.

I played in MSPT a few times $350 and 1k min cashed twice and in someWSOP circuit events not the bigger events these were all$250 or so min cashed couple times got maybe $1,500 out of a KO but pretty much behind overall. I play in weekly tournaments any time I can up to once a week I am not ahead but I enjoy them and I'm retired and haven't put are lively hood in jeopardy yet so I keep on keepin on

Played the horse tourny mid 80's WSOP at the old Binion's Downtown Vegas. Just missed cashing by 2 players. Went right to the craps table after and walked out a winner. Guy next to me rolled for close to a half hour! Play alot of small tournys in town. Racetracks and Downtown casinos. LOL. best hit I had there, was picking up 1,200 on a losing hand...but bad beat hit at table...made me winner for the week! Go figure.

I never played in a live tournament, in fact I never played live, I always play online. I've tried a few for qualifying, but I've never won anything. I think I would be destroyed :)

experiences in live tournaments

I have played 55$ buy in tournaments at a live casino in Florida, United States... I got to the final table several times and won a couple times.... The cash came in handy but I eventually lost it playing live cash game texas holdem... The adrenaline generated in me of playing live poker is for me priceless... I have not played live recently... Tomorrow I got invited to a live cash game 10$ buy in...

Live Big Tourneys

I played at a $500 buy in tourney at Foxwoods with 345 players a few years ago. It was my first big tourney and I was super nervous. But stuck to my game. With a few good breaks, I built my chip stack and got near the bubble. At that point, I decided that I was not playing just to cash, I wanted to make final table. So I turned on the heat. So many players were playing scared that I took a lot of chips and went into the final rounds. I did find myself at the final with the third largest stack. One player was busted out, then I found AK suited. 3 bet comes into my 4 bet. The big stack pushes, I call. He turns up Jacks and busts me out. I felt good about that. A couple years later I played WSOP $1,000 in Vegas, but that time I was stupid. I played the night before and only got 4 hours of sleep before the tourney. I was exhausted and only lasted 5 hours into the tourney. I learned that attitude going into the tourney is a big deal. I look forward to playing another big tourney soon!

I qualified for a 10k WPT event through a satellite. At one point, I had half a big blind but managed to sneak my way into the main event. Unfortunately, I was not able to cash.

Oh man, I never have. One of my dreams though. I think what if I just save up some money and go play a satellite in another state. I can only hope that one-day my wish to play in the main event will come true. It would be totally exciting. Probably incredibly nerve racking as well lol.
