In a tournament I dislike going all-in preflop. I do it when I have to, but even AA is too easily cracked to risk your entire tournament life on. If someone else goes allin when I have AA, KK, QQ, I'm calling, no doubt, but I prefer to bet 7-10 BBs and see a flop then go allin myself.

when my pair hits a set on the flop without any chance of straight or flush, i go all in.
But i usually get beat by a higher set.... LOL.

Personally I like to play suited connectors. But what is your ideal all in hand? AA, AK, suited or off suit, any pair????

All in Preflop? It's gotta be AA

All in Posftlop? It's gotta be the nuts on the board

I like to be a favorite when I get the money in, no gamble needed, gimme the nuts and I'm happy
