3) Make a budget and dont deposit more than at most once a month.

4) Learn about variance and risk management, so that your monthly deposit can last until the end of the month.

5) Remember you are playing for fun, so if you are not having fun, then just stop for the day. Never chase after losses or continue a session to "become unstuck".
