prop bet for 25nl next month anyone? Im not sure what but shrog looked like he wants some motivation to play it all month.

Maybe, but probably not as I'll get carried away.
If I do it probably nothing more than $25 bet for me.

Okay - I am getting serious now! I downloaded HEM - much better than PT - a lot easier for me to use.

Had my first coaching session and it went very well. Played 3 tables at the end of it for about 45 minutes and ended up + $27. (playing $25NL FR)

I even have a graph lol. But it is on my other computer.

What I'll do, when we have a few more strat posts made, I'll list them on the front page under the OP, and then periodically post them throughout this thread. That way we can keep track on the development of this thread and how members are actually contributing some great stuff here.

Yeah you need to get that vpip down to 13/14 with your pfr at 11.

I dont mind the cbetting 75% at 5/10NL because its very successful but needs to be toned down at 25NL.

I think your 3betting is abit high I prefer it around 3/3.5, 5 seems abit too high for my liking.

Generally looks ok though.

The things with stats is thats it's all relative. I mean, if something works for you and it's over a decent sample, then why change. But when your looking for leaks, then stats can be used as a general guideline to discover what may be going wrong.

So if you have a 3bet % at FR of say 6-7% and its working, then fine. But if you getting owned, and getting 4bet light and stuff then comparing a general TAG stat in FR a 3bet% of around 3-5% is the norm.

Another example general TAG stats are regarded something like 14/11/2, 15/12/3, etc etc. But I think Tenbob has a much bigger gap between his vpip/pfr, something like 18/11/2 or something, and thats works for him which is great. So put these stats into perpective and find what works for you.

I don't know if this has been discussed before in this thread. If it has, I appologize. Let's talk a little bit about Pre-Flop Awareness. What I want everyone to do first is go in to their tracking software and sort your stats by Position. Then Divide your Button VPIP by your UTG VPIP. Post your results here, preferably quoting this message, so I know what the hell I'm looking at. Also include whether it is 6-max or FR. This thread has derailed a bit in the past week or so, time to get it back on track.

FWIW, mine is 2.9, 29.5 / 10.2 @ 6-max

You don't have to post your VPIPs if you don't want, just the result.

Mine is 3.1; 16.3/ 5.2 @ FR. But over a VERY small sample size

I don't really get why you are asking for only btn and utg stats, or a division giving u an idea of how loose and tight we are playing from btn and utg.

Why not give them for all or most positions ? Surely btn and utg vpip doesnt tell you everything.. ?

It tells enough. It's just a ratio of how many more hands you play from the button than from UTG. It indicates how well you take advantage of positional advantage.

Yes but only from btn, not taking in account of SB, CO, HJ is gonna make a big difference right.

eNTy, SB is not "in position". In deep stacked poker, it's the position post-flop that matters. You should be very tight in SB.

In a limited 6K hands since my databases got zapped, I am:

42/17 = 2.5 @ 6-max

I think one thing new players don't do enough of is cutoff steal. Its essentially the same as the button, especially if there is a tight player to your left (as there should be).

At 100nl FR, i play 31/28 on the BTN, 8/7 in early position (is there a way to get UTG only through HEM filters?)
