It was 4 hours but I not really sure you can call it work really. Nice job though congrats.

OK I really wanna work out why I'm not beating these $2 STTs. Any regs in this thread interested in swapping a couple of tournament histories and providing some comments?

I'll save the history files from my next two games, happy to provide my comments on a couple of games for the whoever looks at mine in return. I don't have any fancy replay and recording software is all so it'd just be comments in the text file (I wouldn't expect anything more than that on my games either).

I'm off to play the games, reply or PM if you're interested.

It feels good to be on a nice run now! My roi has gone from -3.65% to 5.0% in the past 5 days. I took 1st in 3 of the last 4 sng's I played last night.

Oz - do you use Sng Wizard?

Sounds excellent! Atleast your dry spell has cleared up! Is Sng wizard any good? How does it cost?

It is a very useful tool. I am still learning how to use it. You can get a free 30 day trial so there is no reason not to at least take a look at it. It costs $99 to buy it after 30 days.

What you really need to do is review your games as soon as possible after you play a session. Your reads on your ooponents need to be fresh in your mind so you can properly adjust the ranges. I only review the hands that have red x's by them - and there aren't that many of those cause I am so good. :p (joking about the so good bit hehe)

Ok, looking forward to ....

Couldn't attach the files in a PM so they're provided below - appreciate any thoughts :)

As it turns out the results were OK but I know I played a bunch of hands bad and there's probably others I played bad that I didn't even realise.

Reads from off the table (who's multi-tabling etc) and the notes on the one player I've played before are included at the start of each file. Feel free to send me histories from a couple of your games whenever you're ready and I'd be glad to provide some comments.

If anyone else wants to have a look at the attached and provide some feedback BTW, please feel free :)

Daks - nope, don't use any software (aside from a spreadsheet for tracking results / bankroll / ROI / etc) at the moment.

You might want to try the 30 day trail version Oz - it can really help you with the push/fold situations.

I am reading SNG Strategy by Moshman right now and it is soooooooo goooooodd haha.

Whenever I get finished reading, I'm going to buy PT3 micro, deposit on either Stars or FT, and make my run at grinding the $5.

Anyone else think it is better to just skip to the $5 where there is only 10% rake as compared to $1, $2, and $3 where the rakes are 20%, 12.5%, and 13.33% respectively, if I am properly rolled with 50 buyins?

I know this wouldn't be an issue if I had rakeback with FT but it has been almost a month since I emailed them and RBP, no word, so I emailed RBP again yesterday and nothing yet.

Play at pokerstars if you can't get rakeback at FT.

And yea - that is a great book - it really helped me a lot.

IMHO yes I'd skip to the $5s that extra rake makes a big difference.

Might be my worst morning of poker ever. In one hour:

AA<QQ
AA<AJ
AK<KQ
QQ<10,10

I just keep laughing and laughing. I don't know what else to do.

Hey Dakota, what SNGs do you play at PS ? I can't believe we've never run into each other at the same table.
