Don't let players choose their seats. Some players may want to sit on one side or the other of another player to gain an advantage. You will also need to determine how many people are sitting at each table. Give everyone enough space without crowding them. If necessary, add an additional table. Most large poker tables can comfortably seat 8-10 players.
