I tend to agree with most of what is being said, it definitly pays to be patient. Most of the time these are just maniacs who like to bully the table but occasionally they are actually solid players that happen to be on a heater run. I myself have run 7-8 straight hands where I hit high pairs and pushed. I know people had me pegged as a bully but I was actually playing a tight range.

If there is no good hand you need to fold. If the stack is much larger than the one who put all-in, I sometimes call, even with a bad hand. Just for luck and very often win.

It all depends on the situation. But in most cases, all-in annoys me, because there is rarely a suitable situation to call.

sometimes when you are big stack you can bully small stack when tournament is close to the money

this is a tricky one....he may go all in every time but u have to catch him with a good hand ..
