Fear - the feeling, when you're afraid of bugs. In your case, the basis of all - the right bankroll management !!! Do not let fear become a part of your game.

I lost my first Deposit :), played very very carefully, and this was the reason... Play quietly, don't worry about the fee, Deposit of money, just try to win the hand, don't be afraid to use bluff, don't be afraid to take risks!:)

If you want to deposit and not make multiple re-deposits, have a stricter BRM plan.

For example, where most might have you play at 100+ buy-ins for MTTs, increase it to 200+ buy-in. Or even more.

Same goes for MTTs. Usually it's 50+ buy-ins, but increase it to 100+.

Unfortunately, 2nl is the lowest stake offered in cash games. So, if you want more buy-ins, you either have to deposit more or play at what your current deposit is.

Yes , I have tilt issue :D I remember once losing 11 buyins in a row . Trying not to repeat that again . Now I play cash games for (sth more than ) half buy in , I feel more comfortable that way (can play more aggressive ) , cause I am not a good player (and the other reg players when they see me half stack they know this )

go into the game with a reasonable buy-ins, not the half or the last money in hopes to win and get rich

+1
I buy in a game for what I am willing to shove with and lose in 1 hand, then rebuy. What this does is allow me to shove with hands like middle pairs or AK, hands many times I'm not willing to put all my money in with pre flop.

there are a few things you can do:
1. if you build your roll from freerolls you are playing with the houses money, and should not worry about losing what wasnt yours
2. play over rolled, if you should have 100 buyins for the tourneys you play have 200
3. take advantage of every promo that you can
4. try to play in mtts that have overlay, then when you win- you are winning "more money than you should have won"

Fear - the feeling, when you're afraid of bugs. .... Do not let fear become a part of your game.

This probably applies to me. . .

**I play poker a small (0.25 - 0.5).
and recently felt that I was afraid of losing does not have the money (I do not worry about them!) -
I'm afraid at the final table to do a raise, all-in, I'm afraid to make a mistake and to take off from the game. . !
Here is a shame.
But I have carefully read all the tips, I will work on them.
Thank you.

This problem applies to many poker players, especially newcomers, and to me, including (((. From my experience I can say that in such cases, you should not think about money, or about the victory, you just need to play quality poker! As the saying goes: better to play well and lose than not play well and win.

You're never going always be in the positive when you play. So, your BR is going fluctuate up and down, no matter what.

If you play MTTs, it's impossible to cash in every game you play and, reality is, you'll bust out more than you cash. However, it's still possible to be profitable even if your ITM finish is 20% (for example). So, don't worry about something trivial as losing 1 or 2 buy-ins because it's going to happen and you'll likely drop more in a row at times. Instead focus on improving and making deep runs/deep cashes to offset those dry runs.

There is no a simple formula for overcoming a fear of loosing money, but time is a good cure for everything. The question is did you lose a lot of money or not that much? If it was a smaller amount, get over it and go on playing. And if it was a bigger sum, well, remember it well and dont do the same mistake again. Loosing money is a part of poker, but if your winings are greater you have nothing to fear...

Good luck
