I want to give you some advice before losing your bankroll .. try to build it from scratch ... I mean build it playing freeroll ... in my case I have lost it many times ... and when I lose my bankroll I submit to return to build it playing the freeroll ...!
How many times have you lost your bankroll and how much did you lose?
If you don't completely lose my bankroll anymore, consider a time where you significantly lose a good portion of your bankroll the same as losing your bankroll entirely (enough that you significantly re-evaluate your bankroll and reduce your buy-ins accordingly).
The add-on question is: what type of games do you play after you have had a cool-off and come back to it?
I do not know what brm is? Explain to the beginner, I know poker for a year!I was loosing it several times at the beginning, terrible. I just knew nothing about brm. It was like lotto for me, lol. But since around 8-9 years I am playing in plus.
After the period of losses, I started freerolling and doing some brm.

BRM = Bank Roll Management
Your bank roll is the total amount of money you have available for playing poker.
Depending the type of game (tournament, cash) and payout structure, there is a limit to how much you can spend on a buy-in (buy in = the amount of money you have to pay to register for the game).
Example:
If your bank roll = 100$, then it is not smart to play a tournament with a buy-in of 25$ with 10% of the registrants getting paid.
Typical numbers:
max buy in for multi table tournament is < 1 % of bank roll
max buy in for cash game is < 10% of bank roll
p.s. every player will use different numbers as max buy-in.
