I made an excel sheet to track my current cash record and also to distinguish between bonus cash from wins. This shows me how my play is doing overall.
To sum up some cash I usually grind some micro zoom and freerolls. The progress is slow but safe...

My bankroll management is just bad. I just went broke just now and have only $0.11 dollars remain in my account. lol

I always try to play strict but I never actually made it. So i end up to lose early on a tournament or i increase my chips very fast. Maybe because i usually play freerolls so im not motivated. I'm a new player and I have to read some books to learn the tips of poker and about building my bankroll.
