How do I play freerolls if my opponents are always all in?

It's very hard to play freeroll when there are novice moves like going all in with 24o and winning the hand although you have example 33 or 55 pocket.

In many freerolls it goes all-in all the time until the end, so you have to adapt and call some of these crazy guys. It's just what it is, a freeroll chip throwing battle...

Play patiently and overbet your strong hands (QQ+,AQs+). Ofcourse when you can, try to see the flop and if you connect, play confidently, as they would probably try to bluff you off the pot. Eventually they will be eliminated as their play is very risky.

Patiently. If they are always going all in then the likelihood that they have a good hand every time is impossible. Wait until you catch a decent hand then call them off. Those types of players aren’t playing a skill full strategy. Inevitably they will likely go all in one too many times and eventually be eliminated. The key is to wait them out and usually the all in all the timers will slow down because they often are out or have gotten lucky to survive and now are tightening up. Take notes on these players so you can exploit them in the future. I have made many big calls because of my notes. Obviously these types of players can be frustrating but when you get their stack all that goes away. I will gladly fold a few blinds to double up and win them all.
