I find the best way to deal with Bad Beats is to start from the premise that:
THERE IS NO SUCH THING AS A BAD BEAT
When you lose at poker it is not because you have done something wrong (hopefully) it is because you did the right thing but still ended up
NOT having the best 5 cards at the end of the river.
If however you do respond to the fact that you have lost when of course, its
gambling, and
YOU COULD LOSE IN EVERY HAND YOU PLAY
you really have to apply the Kubbler-Ross principle and get from point 1 to point 5 as quickly as you can!
On top of all that, remember that
POKER IS A GAME
and when you play games, the idea is to
ENJOY YOURSELF
