From my experience playing the freerolls I can tell you a great option:

Premier league intelipoker PS

The best freeroll, be it at the awards and at the game level.

Mass freeroll tournaments, with many subscribers, are very difficult to play.
In my opinion, it even disrupts the player, in the mental and he loses confidence.

Another option of quality freerolls should be the cardschat club, which I have not played yet

ya playing 10k people sucks:) i feel for those that try that option

just like everything you choose to play smaller fields is easier task:)

gl gl gl also cardschat freerolls are not as great as people might think they are tougher then normal freerolls nor as tough of play but but but the leagues? the leagues can be devastating to someones confidence cause they are played as if is a war for real these are tougher then the freerolls.

I think the high members freerolls are for the most skillful players. The patiance is needed, the skills are needed, experience are needed and alot more factors.
For me, its hard to get on final table at 10 000 players tournament. But is easier to win 7 from 10 sitngo games.
Thats why im trying to become good at freerolls or tournaments with alot of players.

**So says one forum member.
Or freerolls is the best way to learn poker at the very beginning?
Will freerolls help in learning strategies for poker or not?

I think the beginner can play the freerolls , as long as he knows the differencies with a normal game , it doesn't matter , he can learn things to avoid , how to play at microstakes , how to play loose style , etc .
At the high number of entrants freerolls at the beginning , many unfortunatelly play ATC , but later , when the number is limited to 1/10 or less , the poker is decent or good , close to final table good .

When we talk about CC freeroll there is no comparison , CC freerolls are the best and someone can use them to learn , I use them to learn !!!
And the league games are the best , very good game , a lot to learn from very good players , CCis the best place :)

You'll learn patience and how to lose with AA. Other than that just learn to take chances.

Well some players are like that in NL10 cash too, unfortunately they lose all their money too fast :( so it's hard to get piece of it.

no matter freeroll or real money any stakes there are people who do not care one bit about the buy in money. I play low stakes and the money means alot to me but there are millions of players that can burn $20 or way more and care less. but as far as our freerolls, here are last years results. US, NON US, and special events with both. compare them to your bankroll now :p
