I can't picture ever folding them. Maybe if I'm sitting on the bubble and even then I doubt it

This question is not entirely correct. When to reset KK? Under what circumstances? At what stage of the tournament, etc. It is impossible to answer this question without specifics.

Pre-flop I don't remember folding with a pair of KK or on a bubble in a tournament, but post-flop I've already given up several times

lately I've been losing a lot when I go out with KK I'm starting to think about the possibility of running.

it is very difficult to force yourself to throw such a monster as KINGS, if I am on the bubble and the prizes are big then I would probably throw

I never move all-in with them (only when I'm short), but if an Ace hits the flop and someone bets, I run!

Impossible to withdraw a KK hand is to kill or die, only the variance could liquidate you but hey it's a game:D

if this is a satellite tournament and you have a passing stack, then KK is easily sent to pass if аllin flies at you from the same stack, in a regular tournament the decision is made according to the situation - there are a lot of factors, for example, recently in one tournament at the bubble stage, it came to me 3 allin when I had KK in the big blind, I easily sent them to pass, one player had AA and won the hand, as a result, the player with QJ made a straight)

I saw a lot of pro poker players lay down a Pocket Kings, I think it's one of those hands that can either make or break your bank but the question here do you ever fold a KK hand?
Hi! :ciao:
KK is a strong hand, but whether it is worth playing with depends on many factors: whether it is a prefl or you already see the cards on the table; whether it is a bank or not; if it is a flop or river stage, then it depends on which cards are on the table. If it's all-in on the preflop, then it all depends on the position and the number of chips I have. If the one who goes all-in has more chips than me, I can fold the cards. If it's a flop or a river, and there's an ace or a chance of a straight or a flush on the table, I'll roll KK (if we're talking about a pot). If the opponent is making small raises, then I might want to check if he is bluffing. It is also very important which opponent is playing: if a player, for example, often bluffed, then perhaps I will not fold.

With a high degree of probability I won't throw it off) I play very weakly) but I even threw off AA for playing practice, I was surprised at myself, but I didn’t fold it in vain, although such strong hands as AA, KK are very difficult to fold.

if that ace is in the community than you might want to fold but that would depend on your opponent's play in the coarse of the tournament it's a tuff call to make!

I'll tend not to fold a KK pre-flop (unless it's getting close to being ITM and the pre-flop betting is particularly aggressive).

Post-flop, it depends on the cards and how aggressive the other players are playing. If an ace comes out, or the cards are suited and someone is playing more aggressively than they have been, then I'd prefer to fold and save my stack.

If there is a lot of action before me pre-flop, especially if tight players are involved, I would have no issue with dumping KK.

There are no pocket cards that I haven't folded many times, including KK, especially after unfavorable cards on the pot (colored, connected ...), and the tournament is in the phase that risk is not necessary.

For me, it depends on what stage a tournament is in, how many people stay in the hand before the flop, and what is my chip count.

At the beginning of a tournament, I will fold if a number of players go in the pot ahead of me.
Someone is going to have an ace, if one comes up in the flop, I go home, and I don't want to go home. I might have missed a good opportunity, but I'm still in the game. (I do the same with aces, too. With numerous players in the pot, someone will get lucky.)

KK is one of those hands that I could never fold, you just have to hope the other player has a smaller pair and neither of you hit the flop, I was once involved in a situation where a player raised really big pre-flop, when I was holding AA, I re-raised with a 3 X bet, his response was to shove all-in, I off course called, and we were both shocked to see we had the same hand, his AA both Black, mine both Red, what was incredible was that far from splitting the pot, I won by hitting a 4 card flop and turn, heart flush.
Playing on two consecutive evenings in the Cardschat free-rolls, first hand I had AA on the first night and called an all-in, I was beaten by KK hitting a full house, 2nd night I was dealt KK on the first deal and called another all-in and beaten again by AA making his flush.
The thing is do we fold hands like that when we have a chance to double up early and then go on to make the final table? Or do you fold? personally I cannot be bothered whether I go out first hand or last hand when playing in a free-roll, so of course I am going to call and be done with it one way or another.
Some might say I am being reckless calling and going out first hand but if it gives me an edge which I can use throughout the rest of the game, bring it on. After all it cost's nothing to play that way in a free-roll.
I have also done it with some buy-in games in Live situations, but that is why I stick to a 1% buy-in rule and can afford to lose the odd buy-in even when I go out with the first hand. The secret is not playing outside your comfort zone and being able to afford the odd daft bet or call, if my entire bankroll was at stake I might play differently, but I never put it all on the line for one game. That would be stupid!

When the fun Stops, STOP!
