Some nice tips thank you all, I need to stop playing as soon I start loosing, since then I get frustrated, especially in cash games after big winnings someone double up from me.
On pokerstars I won about 74cent from freeroll and turned it into 6 f$ in like 4 hours from playing 40cent Hyper-Turbo sitngo satelities. and lost it in few minutes like dumb from rebuy'in.
