Everything will always depend on the game situation in which you find yourself and the type of players you have at your table, you can play aggressive if the table in which you are playing most of the players are passive and conservative you can take advantage of that style of play, but if you are at a table surrounded by aggressive players you must play with position and wait for them to attack and try not to complicate the hand further if you do not have the (Nuts) the best play yet.
The slow and quiet game also depends on the tournament format you are playing if it is a good tournament with levels a bit slow that style of quiet playing adapts to that format, but if it is turbo I would recommend expanding your range of hands more and playing a little loose and aggressive but still in position.
