Give tips on how not to be nervous after moving and not losing the entire bankroll? Because I can't help myself out of my nerves and want to instantly recoup from those unfair moves.
look man, there are many basic strategies on how to manage your bankroll, you can find it on youtube or other poker forum sites, and even here you can find some of them

My advice is to play freerolls and find something nicer to do with your life. Stop giving away your life to this game and to these poker rooms.

Pretty easily...gamble.

What I mean by that is don't get into situations where your nervousness make you more inclined to fold.
Be more aggressive when you get good hands. Which means bigger bet sizes and preparedness to shove early with premiums.

Here's my number one tip....build the bankroll, then play poker, rinse and repeat.
The nervousness comes from playing with money that you need for other purposes, or would like to spend elsewhere.
If that is your situation you will always look at a dwindling bank roll as a negative.

I look at it as opportunity:

£200 to play poker
£100 to play poker
£50 to play poker
£20 to play poker

I never think .."OMG I've spent £150 and now only have £50, then I'm broke".
If you think like this then you haven't built a bankroll, you've built savings and shouldn't be playing poker with it.
Nice way of looking at it

You just need to practice proper bankroll management & life will be much easier! Trust me I'm in the same boat with regards to losing my roll over & over again but you gotta start changing somewhere!
Google "free bankroll spreadsheet poker" & keep yourself accountable! If you're playing MTTs then you need a bigger bankroll for the stakes even if it's micro since the variance is intense at MTTs. Good luck!

At least for my experience, when I tried to recover my money right away after losing to a bad beat, it was usually when I was playing with money that I should not be playing or playing above my limits. My advice to you is always follow your bankroll management.

Dude, you have to either step right down in stakes and learn bankroll management, play only freerolls, or give up altogether.

With good hands I play aggressively, but always poker gives the best card on the board to rivals
No this is not the problem. The problem is tilt and bad bankroll management, and often those two are closely related. My advice is to play on pokerstars and use their option to limit your own game selection. You go into "Tools", "Responsible Gaming", and then you set some limits, which are reasonable for your bankroll and skill level.

Lets say the balance in your account is $370, and you are mainly a cash game player. Then you set "Restrict Table Limit" to $0.05/$0.10 AKA 10NL, you set all casino limits to 0 and sportsbetting to 0 as well. If you are occationally going to play some tournaments on weekends, then you set "Tournament max buy-in" to $3.3 and "Sit & Go Max buy-in" to $5.

In that way you wont to able to jump up stakes to chase after losses while on tilt. If the bankroll has grown so much, that you want to take some shots at 25NL, then you change "Restrict Table Limit" to $0.10/$0.25. This takes 24 hours to take effect, and obviously its not a problem to wait 24 hours before moving up, if its a calculated and rational decision to do so.

Your desire to immediately recover what you lost will only lead to even greater losses and disappointment. In such cases, the only real solution is to stop the game and take a break. Do something else but don't keep playing poker.

Get back on that horse! Eventually you'll win so much that you can't tilt away your money... also good idea is to immediately spend your winnings the day you win.

Дайте поради, як не нервувати після переїзду і не втратити весь банкрол? Тому що я не можу втриматися від нервів і хочу миттєво відшкодувати ці несправедливі кроки.
what do I do if I know that I did everything right but lost a coin, you can't do anything, but if I did something wrong, then I think about the situation to prevent this from happening again

Personally I tend to lose the bankroll very rarely when J play casino . But nowadays it happens rarely . Most of the times my bankroll at the sites that I play casino is Cary small , so the losses are not big . Last big loss (big on comparison to my bankroll) was the $350 loss at the casino on PS and done at their zoom when I played higher stakes that usual . Many months have passed since then . Playing on tilt is very bad , also trying to win back the losses is very bad

I can give you two tips:

1st - Don't play in cash game;
2nd - Play limits of 1% of your bank roll. Example: If you deposit $100.00, go to tournaments with buy-ins under $1.00. This way you will always have a healthy bankroll, because in some tournament you will win and recover your investment.

I have lost my bankroll many times, just like you. Most recently, I simply withdrew the remaining money to the card when I felt that I was no longer in control of my game. If this money had remained on the poker site, one hundred percent I would have reduced it to zero.

here the question is more psychological and the skill and skills of playing poker go to the second or third plan, I'm sorry, of course, I'm not a psychologist, but maybe you have a gambling addiction?

If you loose 2 Buy In in the same day in cash game make a break. you need at least 50 BI for cash games, and around 200 BI for mtts.

Don't play expensive tournaments, just play cheap tournaments, and the money you won't need, and think of the game as fun!

You are not the first to lose your bankroll completely so you have to draw a conclusion from this

Be patient and move on

First of all, congratulations on winning yesterday's CardsChat game. Second, don't worry, this is a game. And third, you still have everything ahead of you because you're playing great.

Poker is a marathon, not a sprint. (don't chase losses... if you lost a couple buyins due to some unreal suckout BUT you are generally making good decisions, do not worry about the loss, it will come back to you in time)

if you are unable to follow some bankroll management rules you should use the option of "limit your losses", set a decent limit and if you lose that you are done for the day, come back the next day fresh and with a good mindset.

It's hard for someone to hold back their anger after an unfair loss of chips. I can't keep calm after a cooler either.

Don't worry, be happy and then play. (I'm rather saying to myself).
